The Brookside community is located in Bonney Lake, Washington with a majestic view of beautiful Mt. Rainier. There are over 250 homes in this quiet, safe, family friendly community.
This site is for the exclusive use of the residents and homeowners of the Brookside Subdivision, Bonney Lake WA. It is managed by the elected members of the Brookside HOA Board and its designees. Our goal is to provide a forum for discussion of community events, suggestions and concerns. It also serves to provide an additional method of communication between the residents of our community and board/committee members. It is not intended to circumvent or replace access to HOA Community Solutions, the community's management agent or the established homeowner processes and procedures, including but not limited to the PIC application and approval process.
